Supporting a U.S.-based Real Estate Investment Campaign (CHB Campaign)
We're looking for a
bilingual cold caller
to join our real estate outreach team.
If you enjoy connecting with people, know how to handle outbound calls, and are consistent in follow-up, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Call property owners and engage them in real estate conversations
- Qualify interest and gather relevant details
- Set appointments for our acquisitions team
- Work part-time during U.S. business hours
- Enjoy a flexible schedule
— you can organize your own hours as long as you
meet weekly goals and performance expectations
Requirements
- Fluent English & Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
- Available to work part-time, Monday–Friday
- Self-motivated and comfortable making outbound calls
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate (preferred)
Compensation & Structure
- $400/month (25 hours per week)
- Performance-based bonuses +
quarterly and annual commissions - Fully remote
- Independent Contractor / Freelance position (initially part-time).
- You'll be responsible for your own tax filings and benefits.
