Job Title: CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CUCM Engineer to join our dynamic team at Capgemini.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Cisco Unified Communications Manager and be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our voice and collaboration infrastructure.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience with network administration in a Linux or Windows environment
• Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
• Solid understanding of CUCM basic concepts and operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration)
• Experience with other Cisco collaboration products (e.g., Cisco Jabber, Webex)
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323)
• Knowledge of security best practices in voice and collaboration environments
