Responsibilities

• Video & Audio Production: Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, website, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Own the full process for podcast and thought leadership content, including recording (via Riverside), editing, and asset packaging for promotion.
  
  
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, and visual polish as needed.
  
  
• Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing content, including social media assets, email visuals, blog images, and campaign materials.
  
  
• Support webinars by preparing speaker visuals, intros/outros, and event follow-up content.
  
  
• Help repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars or podcast episodes) into shorter assets like reels, audiograms, and social cutdowns.
  
  
• Creative Asset Development: Maintain consistent use of brand guidelines across all multimedia and marketing materials.
  
  
• Help evolve and refine our visual identity through new templates or visual formats.
  
  
• Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager to experiment with new creative approaches across channels.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, audit, customer success) and agency partners to gather inputs and ensure creative deliverables are aligned with goals.
  
  
• Participate in marketing team planning and contribute to campaign execution where needed.
  
  
• Project Management & Workflow: Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage requests and track project progress.
  
  
• Help define internal creative brief and QA checklist templates to streamline review cycles and improve output quality.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  
  
• Strong skills in video/audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Riverside, or equivalent).
  
  
• Hands-on experience producing webinars and podcasts end-to-end.
  
  
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and bring consistency across creative assets.
  
  
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and how to adapt content for each.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  
  
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Trello, Jira, or Asana for tracking content and creative deliverables.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience working in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology sectors.
  
  
• Basic project management experience — ideally with ownership of timelines, intake, and status updates in a creative or marketing environment.
  
  
• Familiarity with WordPress and content management workflows.
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
