Key Responsibilities
Creation and execution of customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements with regards to QHSE and reporting
Understanding of external factors impacting Customer’s supply Chain & understand their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers and desires.
Ability to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able to respond with suggested solutions
Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including the inland delivery, by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders.
Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships, with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.
Liaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers
Ensures delivery of value proposition to all customer segments through ensuring on-time and correct invoicing of jobs to customers, including internal customers (ICBs) and correct and soft/hard close of jobs on time, with large scope and/or complexity.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service, Finops or Invoice handling working for Logistics companies.
University studies completed.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
