Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote LATAM

What you will be doing:

If you are passionate about software development, have a solid understanding of programming fundamentals, and are eager to work in a fast‑paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

With a focus on both backend and frontend technologies, you will have the chance to work with a variety of tools and languages, including .NET, C#, Blazor, and SQL Server, and more.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of server‑side applications using modern programming languages such as .NET, C#, SQL, and other various languages.
  
  
• Utilize and implement APIs to facilitate communication between front‑end and back‑end systems.
  
  
• Work with SQL, including stored procedures and scripts, to manage and query databases.
  
  
• Develop an understanding of database design, optimization, and management.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and debug issues under the guidance of senior developers.
  
  
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies through continuous learning.
  
  
• Actively participate in code reviews to learn best practices and share knowledge within the team.
  
  
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards.
  
  
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including managers, designers, and experienced developers, to deliver high‑quality software/technology solutions.
  
  
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of applications.
  
  
• Participate in the deployment process and gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  
  
• Ensure secure access to applications and services within the organization through SSO authentication.
  
  
• Use tools like Postman for testing and debugging APIs effectively.
  
  
• Collaborate on code development using GitHub for version control.
  
  
• Build interactive web applications using Blazor and other modern frameworks.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with .NET / C# for developing web applications and software solutions
• Experience with Blazor for building interactive web applications.
  
  
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
  
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as ASP.NET.
  
  
• Experience with SQL Server for managing and querying data warehouses.
  
  
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
  
  
• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
  
  
• Exposure to database design principles.
  
  
• Experience with SSO authentication for secure access to applications.
  
  
• API experience and troubleshooting skills, including using tools like Postman.
  
  
• Experience with Visual Studio.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, machine learning & data science.
  
  
• Experience with personal projects or internships involving web development, application development.
  
  
• Experience with data manipulation and analytics tasks using Python.
  
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  
  
• Familiarity working with containerization applications (Docker).
  
  
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  
  
• Familiarity with front‑end technologies, including HTML.
