About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid+ Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with data and helping non-technical teams leverage insights to drive business decisions.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior
- Build and design dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar) to communicate insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze data, interpret results, and provide ongoing reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and reporting solutions to enhance data quality and operational effi ciency.
- Acquire, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure its accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand their needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate on solutions.
- Standardize and document processes to ensure that results are consistent and comparable over time.
- Proactively identify and implement data-driven process improvements across the organization.
- Use SQL, Python (pandas, numpy, etc.), and Power BI to execute data analysis tasks.
Requirements and Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, preferably in roles involving non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Postgres or similar) and Python (for data wrangling, automation, and analysis).
- Proven expertise in Power BI for data visualization.
- Solid understanding of data models, KPIs, and reporting best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical results into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
Strong ability to collect requirements from stakeholders and execute them effectively.
- Ability to independently conduct quality assurance (QA) on your own work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with People Analytics, HR, or Talent-related data.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or CRM systems.
- Low code/no code programming experience (a plus).
