Purpose
This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.
Key Missions
Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements
Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
Participates to group or local application(s) projects deployment
Ensures level 3 support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.)
Executes and manages tests campaign
Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.)
Prepares and performs users trainingsLeads application project deployment within the functional domain
Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
Transforms the requirements into a solution
Ensures compliance with standards
Ensures Level 3 support within the functional domain
Animates trainings for end users
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Ensures handover to operation team
