What You’ll Do
- Provide efficient and timely technical support to business users.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Messaging and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Respond promptly to client support requests and incidents.
- Monitor and manage the Teams ServiceNow ticket queue.
- Develop and maintain process and testing documentation in Teams.
- Create comprehensive and detailed technical documentation.
- Participate actively in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Travel occasionally to other offices as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 7–10 years of proven experience in messaging support environments.
- Hands-on experience in large and complex messaging environments, including MS Exchange Server and hybrid Exchange Online, PowerShell scripting, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, RightFax / Fax2Mail.
- Strong ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with system migrations is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connectivity tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns to meet business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
