The Media Coordinator provides crucial support to our media activation team by assisting in the implementation planning, execution, reporting, and analysis of digital media campaigns.

What You Will Do
Digital Media Campaign Support
- Assist in the setup of campaigns across all paid media channels, including programmatic, search and social
- Help gather data to support campaign targeting and optimization efforts
- Help with the setup and maintenance of digital advertising accounts and campaigns, including ad creation, keyword research, and audience targeting
- Support the placement and monitoring of pixels and trafficking of creative assets; where dynamic creative is in use, aid in the setup, QA, and management of dynamic tools
- Assist in QA and auditing of campaigns
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor campaign performance and compile data for analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Conduct competitive research and stay updated on industry trends to contribute ideas and suggestions for campaign enhancement
Coordination & Organisation
- Collaborate with various Media Managers across a defined business segment or region, assisting in the development and implementation of digital media campaigns across platforms including search engines, social media, display networks, and programmatic advertising
- Collaborate with team members to create and schedule media activation plans, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
- Support the team in coordinating and organizing assets, materials, and documentation related to digital media campaigns
- Stay informed about digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices to expand knowledge and skills
- Build an understanding of all necessary systems and platforms within each channel, including those specific to Goodway (e.g., Smartguard, Goodlook)
- Be resourceful when faced with new systems or constraints by asking clarifying questions and providing workaround solutions as needed
- Balance and prioritize requests based on priority and complexity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to draw meaningful insights
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing
- Previous internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus
