**What you will do:**
Position title: Marketplace Governance Manager – SAP Next Gen
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Duration: Temporary up to 2 years
Expected start date: December 2025
As a Marketplace Governance Manager, you will support, enable, operationalize, troubleshoot, test, and enhance the product onboarding functions for SAP's e-commerce operations.
This role involves managing multiple review cycles across various platforms, collaborating with IT, category managers, copywriters and other business stakeholders to ensure product listings are top quality and optimized against established guidelines before publication.
You will oversee projects and activities focused on ensuring accurate and timely product publications, quality assurance, and solution audits.
Working with category managers and stakeholders across multiple time zones, you will ensure compelling user experiences and maintain commercial availability of products on our digital marketplace.
This position requires comfort with learning and utilizing complex systems to become a power user, with a customer-centric approach to all activities.
**Main tasks and responsibilities:**
+ Process all onboarding requests in a timely manner.
+ Execute product configuration changes based on business requirements
+ Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing on products prior to commercial availability
+ Create and manage support tickets for issues across multiple systems, tracking progress through resolution
+ Facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders to address digital business requirements
+ Develop and document new processes and optimize existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency
+ Participate in pilot projects with internal experts to develop AI automation solutions
+ Train and optimize robotic process automation to reduce manual workload
+ Manage deployment of new capabilities to production environments, document processes, and enable team members
+ Lead cross-functional projects from conception through delivery, leveraging internal resources effectively

**Education:**
+ Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree.
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
+ Finished Internship
**Requirements and Experience:**
+ 0-2 year of professional experience as a Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, or in consulting roles at premier firms, with preference for process optimization experience in high-technology companies
+ Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud or comparable e-commerce platforms, CRM technology, order-to-cash processes, middleware, and fulfillment systems
+ Content Management: Experience with web publishing on content management systems
+ Data & Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis with ability to capture requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop dashboards for business metrics tracking
+ Digital Marketing: Strong content marketing skills with comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
+ Systems Aptitude: Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms with ability to quickly master complex systems and their integration points
+ Learning Agility: Rapid ability to learn content publishing platforms, understand processes, and comprehend the SAP solution portfolio
+ Project Management: Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
+ Core Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
+ Problem-Solving: Ability to perform effectively under pressure, identify creative solutions, and think strategically to deliver results
+ Communication: Fluency in written and verbal English with comfort conducting phone conversations with SAP partners and internal stakeholders
+ Self-Direction: Self-motivated professional with energy, drive, and capability to manage competing priorities
+ Global Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across time zones and in virtual team environments
+ Technical Skills: Coding experience is advantageous but not required
