Role Overview
We9;re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can keep our marketing engine running smoothly.
This is an execution-focused role: you9;ll manage content calendars, coordinate with freelancers and creators, communicate with brand partners, and make sure SOFi shows up consistently across social, email, and collaborations.
This role is perfect for someone who9;s highly organized, loves checking boxes, and wants to grow their career in marketing while making a real environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Coordination
- Manage and update the marketing calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, email).
- Upload, schedule, and publish content across channels.
- Track performance metrics and report results.
- Creator & Partner Management
- Research and outreach to content creators, influencers, and café partners.
- Coordinate seeding/gifting campaigns and follow up for content delivery.
- Keep communication clear, professional, and always on brand.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for designers, video editors, and other freelancers.
- Ensure assets are delivered on time and revisions are tracked.
- Coordinate with vendors and brand collaborators for campaigns and projects.
- Campaign Execution
- Support brand launches, collaborations, and events.
- Keep projects organized and deadlines on track.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English (comfortable emailing and meeting with partners).
- Strong organizational skills - you love calendars, task lists, and follow-through.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Comfortable working with freelancers, creators, and external vendors.
- Familiar with tools like Monday.com, Notion, or project management software.
- Bonus: Experience with marketing automations (e.g., n8n, Zapier) or content scheduling tools.
