Scheduled: 100 % flexible - AUS time zone 

Job Description: You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a mission-driven wellness business, creating content that genuinely helps people while building a thriving community.

This isn’t about managing separate marketing silos – you’ll craft unified stories that flow from membership content to email campaigns to social media, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the same valuable message.

You’ll work directly with the business owner, contributing strategic thinking and creative ideas while having the autonomy to shape how marketing initiatives come to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt weekly wellness guides for the membership portal that align with business objectives
  • Develop engaging email marketing campaigns using Flowdesk, transforming portal content into compelling email formats
  • Manage Instagram presence with posts that complement and amplify email campaigns and portal content
  • Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all marketing channels (email, social media, membership portal)
  • Provide strategic input on content planning and marketing initiatives
  • Handle email support and basic client retention activities
  • Assist with project management for new initiatives like affiliate program setup and promotion
  • Support implementation and marketing of new business programs through coordinated multi-channel efforts
  • Maintain and update content on the Memberspace membership platform


Requirements


  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Flowdesk experience preferred)
  • Strong social media management skills, particularly Instagram
  • Content creation abilities with focus on wellness, lifestyle, or similar industries
  • Basic administrative and customer support experience
  • Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
