Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase both the quantity and quality of leads.
- Manage and grow the company's online presence across social media platforms with consistent, engaging content.
- Oversee website content, SEO, local GEO optimization, and Google My Business to ensure top search rankings.
- Coordinate and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, and other platforms) for maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals (realtors, designers, architects, vendors) to generate referrals and collaborations.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to guide decision-making and demonstrate results.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with company goals, brand voice, and project portfolio.
Required Skills (Please Read)
- C1 English Proficiency and Fluent English.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the residential construction, real estate, or design industry.
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Google My Business, Salesforce, Hubspot, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across channels.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress) and coordinating with external vendors/marketing agencies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with industry professionals (realtors, architects, designers, and vendors)
