This is a remote position.

We’re Hiring! – Marketing Admin
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Admin to join us full-time! While the role may evolve as our business continues to grow, the primary focus will be on media and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Social media management and engagement tracking (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Organizing a social media calendar via Hoot suite
Posting listing videos, “Just Listed”, “Just Sold”, and price updates
Updating listing photos seasonally
Ordering brochures and postcards (monthly and in advance)
Managing database email communications
Assisting the Lead Listing Coordinator with marketing-related tasks

Requirements

We need someone who:
Speaks, reads, and writes fluent English
Is highly organized, proactive, and task-focused
Has solid experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Can analyze engagement metrics and deliver clear reports
Manages time effectively and plans ahead
Is resourceful, takes initiative, and enjoys collaborating with a team
Is available for weekly meetings via phone and Zoom
