As a
Marketing and Admin Assistant
, you will manage essential post-closing communications, organize client data, support marketing and administrative tasks, and assist in maintaining accuracy across systems.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline loan processes and enhance team efficiency.

Employment type: Indefinite term contract

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Colombian Time), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 years of minimum experience
  • Open to candidates from any industry,
    as long as they are detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.

  • Strong preference for someone who enjoys repetitive administrative work and can manage large volumes of small but critical tasks.

  • Basic understanding of accounting or reimbursements is helpful but not mandatory.

  • No need for deep marketing expertise,
    but familiarity with any CRM or tools like Pipedrive would be an advantage.

  • Must be
    comfortable communicating in English and Spanish
    through written channels like email or WhatsApp;
    bilingual ability is a plus.

  • Solution-oriented mindset-able to figure things out independently.

Success Factors (within 90 days):

  • Managing post-closing follow-ups independently.

  • Demonstrating consistency and accuracy in tracking and documentation.

  • Showing initiative in improving templates and small processes.

  • Providing dependable support that frees up time for loan officers.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Handle post-closing follow-up communications to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Use templates and tools (email, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets) for outreach and process improvements.

  • Perform data entry and file management, ensuring document completeness and accuracy.

  • Support marketing initiatives through client surveys, CRM updates, and follow-up tracking.

  • Manage reimbursements, expense reports, and submission trackers.

  • Assist with email management and flag key priorities for review.
