Overview
Market Research Project Manager - Americas is a remote position within RONIN International, part of the Rippleffect Group.
We conduct B2B, Healthcare, Opinion Former, Quant & Qual projects, focused on quality data collection for market research studies worldwide.
Market Research Project Managers are hands-on, versatile, and serve as the single point of contact between clients’ multimarket research projects and RONIN operational teams and partners.
They ensure that study execution exceeds client expectations and fosters fruitful, ongoing partnerships.
The role requires resourceful, independent, proactive team members who can quickly grasp company processes and the market research industry.
The environment can range from large-scale straightforward studies to highly specialised boutique projects and requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Attend kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams
- Develop and review screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires
- Review and test programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, coordinating with scripting, translation, testing, and data processing departments
- Conduct briefings with internal fieldwork teams, external partners, and recruiters
- Manage the fieldwork process
- Track project profitability, quality, and delivery to timings
- Oversee project change control and provide solutions to ensure project success
- Maintain confident and timely client management
- Provide effective reporting on project progress
- Identify potential barriers and challenges and offer solutions during projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable market research quality standards and regulations
- Accurate administration and final project reporting
- Understand project specifications and the market research process
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams from initiation through completion
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in market research project management, focused on data collection and fieldwork management
- Experience with USA/Canadian-based clients and coordinating to US time zones
- Flexible, organized approach with strong multitasking, time management, and prioritisation
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage clients effectively
- Tenacious with attention to detail and initiative to solve problems
- Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Understanding of data collection management
- Knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous
- Previous CATI and online B2B experience advantageous
- Understanding of project specifications and the market research process
