Project: Internal ERP System for Manufacturing
We're supporting a large manufacturing company with a custom-built ERP system that manages supply chain and production operations across the U.S. and Mexico.
We're looking for a Manual QA Engineer to assess the current state of the platform, identify gaps, and help establish a foundational QA process.
This is a purely manual QA role — no automation required.

Conduct manual testing of a large, .NET-based ERP system.
Create and execute test cases for multiple functional areas.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected defects.
Report and document defects clearly and consistently.
Collaborate with the team in biweekly sprints (Scrum-based).
Help define a baseline for future QA processes.
2+ years of experience in Manual QA roles.
Previous experience testing ERP systems, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain contexts.
Ability to work independently and manage QA efforts proactively.
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
English proficiency (intermediate or higher, written and spoken).
Availability to work 20 hours/week aligned to US Central Time.
Experience testing applications built in .NET.
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus, not required.
Experience with QA documentation (test plans, defect reports, matrices).
QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester) or Agile training.
