As a Manager of Strategy & Operations , you will oversee two high-impact gig marketplaces—Digital Reporting and Transcription —driving operational excellence, workforce engagement, and process scalability.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of six Strategy & Operations Associates, setting clear goals, driving performance, and fostering professional growth.
- Marketplace Oversight: Ensure smooth, efficient operations across the Digital Reporting and Transcription gig platforms—meeting quality, delivery, and client satisfaction targets.
- Workforce Optimization: Oversee capacity planning, retention strategies, and performance management to maintain a strong, reliable contractor base.
- Operational Excellence: Track key metrics such as delivery SLAs, quality scores, churn, and engagement; identify trends and implement scalable improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, client success, and product teams to align on service delivery, represent workforce needs, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Process Innovation: Design and refine workflows, operational systems, and workforce tools to enhance efficiency and contractor experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–6 years in operations, strategy, or marketplace management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Proven ability to scale gig economy or workforce operations with measurable success.
- Analytical Strength: Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex metrics and drive strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Execution: Demonstrated success in process design, optimzation, and implementation within fast‑paced, evolving environments.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in gig economy operations, SQL or data analytics, or familiarity with the legal or court reporting space.
