Manager, Information Security Operations
Overview
Access Services is responsible for providing end to end services to support internal employees to retrieve access to Mastercard systems and applications, including physical security access.
Access Services is part of Corporate Security and is focused on operational support within the Identity Access Management space, enhancing existing identity access operations through automation, and execute on strategy of access being an enabler for the business' needs.
The manager is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining challenges and prioritizing work to streamline the execution of program priorities.
The Manager has a significant role in quality control, supporting our internal customers.
The Manager role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with the Program Management Team, the Controls Team, Product Teams, Engineering, BizOps and Customers.
