Job Description
The Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of workforce operations within the organization.

This role involves analyzing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, scheduling, and real-time management to ensure the achievement of service level agreements and operational goals.

Habilidades técnicas

  • Dominio de software y herramientas de gestión de la fuerza laboral como Kronos, NICE, Verint, Aspect, y otros sistemas de planificación de recursos.

  • Habilidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos de empleados y operaciones para identificar tendencias, hacer pronósticos y optimizar la planificación de recursos.

  • Experiencia en la creación y gestión de horarios de trabajo que maximicen la eficiencia operativa y cumplan con las necesidades del negocio.

  • Capacidad para desarrollar pronósticos precisos de demanda de trabajo y planificar la dotación de personal adecuada en función de esos pronósticos.

  • Familiaridad con las leyes laborales y regulaciones relacionadas con el trabajo, la planificación de horarios y la gestión de la fuerza laboral.

Habilidades de Gestión

  • Capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo, promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo y mantener la moral del equipo.

  • Experiencia en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos relacionados con la gestión de la fuerza laboral.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para presentar datos, informes y recomendaciones a las partes interesadas de manera clara y convincente.

  • Habilidad para liderar y gestionar el cambio organizativo, especialmente en la implementación de nuevas herramientas o procesos de WFM.

  • Capacidad para gestionar las expectativas y necesidades de diversas partes interesadas dentro de la organización, asegurando que se cumplan sus requerimientos.

Responsabilidades

  • Conocimiento de técnicas estadísticas y métodos de modelado para predecir la demanda de trabajo y optimizar la utilización de recursos a largo plazo (15 Meses)
  • Seguimientos a ratios de Staff real y proyectado a 3 meses siguientes
  • Seguimiento y analisis de KPIs corporativos establecidos en proyecto Bonanza.

  • Actualización y seguimiento de Pigment / BYM
  • Planeación y seguimiento y análisis de presupuestos.

  • Análisis de costos operacionales de posible planeación.

  • Planificación de horarios de trabajo eficientes, considerando la demanda y las habilidades necesarias.

  • Estandarización de seguimiento de KPIs WFM real time:
  • Staff Status
  • Forecast Vs Real
  • Alertas en tiempo real
