Esta posición está diseñada para aquellos que cuentan con un sólido historial en soporte técnico a equipos de impresión y una clara disposición para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y en constante cambio.

Responsabilidades

El candidato seleccionado será responsable de:

  • Brindar soporte técnico presencial y remoto a equipos de impresión, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los mismos.
  • Realizar la configuración de impresoras y solucionar atascos, garantizando así el máximo rendimiento en los procesos de impresión.
  • Llevar a cabo cambios de tóner y realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de impresoras.
  • Manejar y resolver problemas relacionados con redes y sistemas operativos que impacten en la operatividad de los equipos de impresión.
  • Aplicar conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de mesa de ayuda para el seguimiento y resolución de incidencias reportadas por los usuarios.
  • Apoyar en las operaciones del centro de impresión, lo que incluye imprimir, plotear, escanear y toda actividad relacionada con un centro de impresión.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el área de soporte técnico, con un enfoque particular en el mantenimiento de impresoras y gestión de equipos de impresión.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia como operador en un centro de impresión, demostrando habilidades en tareas como impresión, plotteo y escaneo.
  • Conocimiento sólido en redes informáticas y sistemas operativos, así como experiencia en la resolución de problemas técnicos relacionados.
  • Habilidades en el uso de herramientas de gestión de mesa de ayuda para el registro y seguimiento de eventos.
