Job description

FUNCIONES

• Verificar periódicamente el estado de las máquinas y solicitar mantenimiento técnico cuando se requiera, con el fin de garantizar el estado óptimo de las mismas.

• Verificar de acuerdo con los niveles de servicio el cumplimiento de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo de las maquinas, garantizando el buen uso de estas.

• Gestionar la solicitud oportuna de los suministros según corresponda en los contratos, asegurando el recibido de los mismos.

• Garantizar la existencia del stock de suministros (tóner y papel).

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA pactados con cliente, gestionando oportunamente el backlog del servicio.

• Hacer la toma de contadores en las fechas establecidas para el proceso de facturación, garantizando el recibido del informe por parte del área de facturación de Ricoh.

• Garantizar el uso racional de los insumos de trabajo.

• Hacer seguimiento a las solicitudes de mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo velando por el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio.

• Crear los informes o reportes solicitados por el cliente, descritos en el contrato.

• Realizar y enviar los informes de cierre requeridos por Ricoh, el cliente y el interventor del contrato, en las fechas estipuladas, cumpliendo con los parámetros establecidos y haciendo uso de Kofax, @remote, Streamline, NDD.

• Hacer el seguimiento y acompañamiento a las solicitudes de IMAC (instalaciones, movimientos, adiciones, cambios) de los equipos en sitio de cliente, garantizando el registro y coordinación de la gestión, informando oportunamente a las áreas involucradas, hasta que la máquina quede operativa en el punto solicitado.



Requisitos:

PERFIL

  1. Tecnólogos en sistemas, telecomunicaciones, electrónica o carreras afines.
  2. Deseable experiencia mínima de 1 año y medio o dos años brindando soporte en sitio, remoto, mantenimiento a equipos de impresión.

    Con conocimientos en servidores, toma de contadores y gestión de tickets.
  3. Excel básico, manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y conocimiento en herramientas de soporte remoto (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Teams).
  4. Si o sí la persona debe tener moto para sus desplazamientos.
