**The Impact You'll Make**

As our Logistics Specialist , you’ll play a key role in responsible for supporting and ensuring the efficiency of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory.

Your impact?

Will act as a technical reference in the operation, ensuring compliance with global standards for quality, safety, compliance, and excellence in service to both internal and external customers.

You’ll collaborate with teams and functions and take ownership of key processes, tools, and responsibilities, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Support and follow up on warehouse operational activities, ensuring compliance with established processes.
+ Ensure proper execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, service level, productivity, and operational costs.
+ Advanced experience in data and traceability through the use of corporate systems as SAP,WMS/ERP, Excel.
+ Support capacity, resource, and personnel planning aligned with local and global demands.
+ Coordinate and execute cycle and annual inventories, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.

**What We're Looking For**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
+ Previous 3 years of experience in warehouse operations within multinational or large-scale companies.
+ Knowledge of warehouse management systems (specify systems used) and high customer service level skill.
+ Solid understanding of safety practices, compliance, and global quality standards
+ Advanced English (conversational, global interaction required).
