Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of a fully remote position, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:* Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following: + Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System + Maintaining any team mailboxes + Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes* Document and organize existing standard operating processes* Learn multiple job functions within assigned team* Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers* Meet operational metrics* Conduct CHR systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives* Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports* Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR’s value proposition* Act as a resource and support for peers when needed* Understand and utilize CHR’s project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team* Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements**QUALIFICATIONS**Required:* High School Diploma and/or GED* Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics* Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems* Ability to work flexible schedulePreferred:* Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university* Excellent customer service skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs* Ability to present to a variety of audiences* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to think critically, analyze data and solve problems quickly and accurately* Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment* Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks* Continuous improvement mindset* Ability to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment* Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization* Values a diverse and inclusive work environment**Disclaimer:**This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
