The Logistics Manager is responsible for the supply chain process from purchasing materials to delivering to customers.
Ensure product availability in the warehouse to fulfil customer needs regarding quantity, quality and lead-time.
Minimize transport costs and optimize inventories and distribution resources.
Give information and guidance to the Logistics team in order to support Sales, Marketing and Technical Service in complying with their objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering .
Master’s degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management or MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain departments, ideally within the Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Distribution industries.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management , including planning, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory control.
Experience managing logistics providers and optimizing operational costs.
Familiarity with import/export regulations and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) .
Skilled in KPI management , data analysis, and process improvement.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) .
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
Knowledge of local transportation and customs regulations is an asset.
Strong analytical thinking and results orientation.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational efficiency.
Excellent planning and prioritization skills under demanding environments.
