About the role
We're hiring a Localization Program Manager to support the end-to-end localization efforts for MoneyGram's website pre-login experience and select marketing initiatives.
This role will focus on managing day-to-day localization projects, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality localized content for global markets.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and vendors to deliver culturally relevant, accurate experiences that connect with customers worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Manage localization projects for MoneyGram's website pre-login content and marketing campaigns—planning, vendor coordination, quality checks, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to prioritize localization tasks and maintain alignment.
- Coordinate with translation vendors to ensure clear requirements and quality standards.
- Implement a localization approach that uses AI-powered translations as the first pass, followed by professional human translators for review and refinement if needed.
- Support and improve localization workflows and tools to boost efficiency.
- Help ensure localized content complies with privacy and accessibility guidelines.
- Track project progress and flag any risks or delays to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between global teams across time zones.
- Advocate for accurate, culturally appropriate localization to enhance the pre-login user experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years in localization program or project management, preferably supporting website or marketing localization.
- Experience working with translation vendors and managing localization workflows.
- Familiarity with localization tools or platforms (TMS, CMS integrations) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and accessibility as it relates to web content.
- Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
- Based in the US with flexibility for remote work.

- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
