Ce que vous ferez

En tant que Customer Support for Finance Services, vous aiderez les clients de la Banque, fournirez des informations claires sur les produits et les services, gérerez les demandes des clients et clarifierez leurs doutes, adopterez une attitude positive vis-à-vis de la marque et assurerez des interactions et un service à la clientèle de premier ordre dans le cadre d'équipes aux horaires flexibles, y couvrant nuits et week-ends.

· Qualifications académiques minimales

· En tant que support à la clientèle pour les services financiers, vous aurez besoin d'une expérience professionnelle en centre de contact dans le secteur bancaire (de préférence) ;

· Capacité à travailler dans un centre de service à haut volume et à rythme soutenu;

· Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et d'argumentation, avec la capacité d'appliquer une approche logique de résolution des problèmes pour résoudre les differentes situations et les demandes des clients ;

· Orientation client, qualité et résultats ;

· Capacité d'écoute et de gestion des conflits avec responsabilité, proactivité et esprit d'équipe ;

· Capacité de gestion de système informatiques basiques orientés à l’utilisateur, internet, navigateur et logiciels de base;

· Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à penser de manière indépendante.
