Vacante: Líder Técnico de Soporte – Unialquileres

Ubicación: Cali, Colombia

Experiencia: Técnico electrónico de cómputo (mínimo 2 años)

Perfil del cargo

En Unialquileres estamos en búsqueda de un Líder Técnico de Soporte, responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, mantenimiento y control de los equipos tecnológicos de la compañía.

Buscamos un profesional con visión técnica, liderazgo operativo y capacidad de organización para asegurar la eficiencia en los procesos de entrega y soporte a nuestros clientes empresariales.

Funciones principales

  • Administrar, controlar y velar por los inventarios de la empresa, específicamente los equipos que se encuentren en bodega y disponibles para entrega a clientes.

  • Manejar y controlar los tiempos para garantizar el cumplimiento de entregas a los clientes.

  • Dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos establecidos en la plataforma UNIAPP, dentro de los plazos definidos y haciendo uso eficiente de los recursos disponibles.

  • Instalación y actualización de software y hardware.

  • Instalación de redes.

  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de software y hardware.

  • Realización de labores anexas y complementarias a las anteriores.

  • Ejecución de todas las actividades requeridas para el cumplimiento del objeto social de la empresa, conforme a las órdenes e instrucciones del empleador o sus representantes.

Requisitos

  • Técnico o tecnólogo en electrónica, sistemas o áreas afines.

  • Experiencia comprobada en mantenimiento de equipos de cómputo, software y redes.

  • Conocimientos en instalación de hardware, software y cableado estructurado.

  • Manejo de inventarios y control logístico de equipos.

  • Habilidades en planificación, priorización de tareas y resolución de incidencias técnicas.

Horario

Lunes a jueves: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Viernes: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Disponibilidad los sábados según requerimientos de la operación.
