Acerca del puesto Líder Mesa de Ayuda Colombia - Help Desk (Remoto para Puerto Rico)

Nuestro cliente es una empresa consultora de TI ubicada en Puerto Rico.

Atiende clientes de todas las industrias y de todos los tamaños, soportándolos para alcanzar sus objetivos de negocio a través de la implementación de soluciones de TI avanzadas.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderará la gestión de los e-tickets (clientes internos y externos).

  • Manejará el sistema de boletos de la mesa de ayuda.

  • Liderará la gestión para garantizar la entrega efectiva de servicios a clientes y a los grupos internos (Operaciones, Ventas y administración).

  • Será responsable de la gestión y supervisión del proceso de entrega de servicios.

  • Administrará la responsabilidad de la mesa de ayuda, dando gestión a las dudas/solicitudes técnicas y no técnicas de los clientes.

  • Medirá y mejorará continuamente la experiencia de servicio con clientes teniendo en cuenta tiempo y calidad del proceso de soporte.

  • Trabajará con el equipo de proyectos en la planificación e implementación de proyectos especiales.

  • Desarrollará y gestionará la documentación de soporte interno y externo.

  • Mantendrá la biblioteca electrónica de guías de usuario y materiales de capacitación.

  • Trabajará con Operaciones para apoyar el mantenimiento de los contratos de clientes.

  • Residir en alguna de estas ciudades de Colombia: (Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla).

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de soporte de servicios IT - Mesa de Ayuda - Help Desk.

  • Experiencia manejando solicitudes y dudas de clientes externos.

  • Nivel de inglés Intermedio - Avanzado.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera remota 100%.

  • Experiencia y conocimiento en: ITIL, Project Management, Microsoft 365, Azure, Servidores, Firewall.
