Overview

En Immpetus Soluciones buscamos a nuestro próximo Líder de Producto & Customer Success, un perfil estratégico y con visión de crecimiento, que lidere el diseño, la gestión y la mejora continua de programas educativos digitales, asegurando experiencias de alto valor para nuestros estudiantes y clientes.

Objetivo del cargo
Dirigir y coordinar la estrategia académica y de experiencia del cliente, garantizando el éxito de los programas digitales de Ímpetus Soluciones, a través de la innovación, la gestión de equipos y la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, gestionar y mejorar programas educativos digitales con base en datos y métricas de impacto.

  • Liderar y coordinar tutores, instructores y equipos académicos.

  • Asegurar altos niveles de satisfacción, retención y finalización de los programas.

  • Dar retroalimentación, evaluar desempeño y acompañar el desarrollo del equipo académico.

  • Implementar procesos de mejora continua orientados al éxito de los clientes/estudiantes.

  • Presentar reportes estratégicos sobre indicadores clave (NPS, satisfacción, retención, etc.).

Requisitos

  • Formación profesional en áreas de educación, administración, psicología, mercadeo o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Customer Success, preferiblemente en educación digital.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos académicos o de servicio.

  • Manejo intermedio/avanzado de herramientas digitales: Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, CRM o similares.

  • Conocimiento y gestión de métricas clave de experiencia (NPS, satisfacción, retención, tasa de finalización).

  • Habilidades de comunicación asertiva, liderazgo y análisis de datos.
