Perfil Técnico Sugerido

  • Profesional con enfoque estratégico y operativo, alto liderazgo comercial y apropiada administración de recursos y/o clientes.

    Calificado para liderar y gestionar procesos comerciales en el sector de seguros, con enfoque específico en la afiliación y acompañamiento de clientes.

    Con experiencia sólida en ventas, manejo de relaciones con clientes corporativos, y conocimientos técnicos en riesgos laborales.

Requisitos Sugeridos

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Seguros o áreas afines.

    Certificaciones específicas en seguros y riesgos laborales.

    Formación complementaria en liderazgo, negociación y gestión de relaciones.

  • Experiencia en roles comerciales, preferiblemente en el sector de seguros o intermediación de riesgos laborales.

    Experiencia en la gestión de relaciones con clientes corporativos de diferentes tamaños.

  • Habilidad en el manejo de herramientas de análisis de mercado y CRM para la gestión de clientes.

  • Experiencia en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias comerciales
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y persuasión.

  • Capacidad analítica y enfoque en resultados, con habilidad para tomar decisiones informadas.

  • Fuerte conocimiento en interpretación de normativas relacionadas con la seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

  • Competencias en la gestión del cambio y la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tendencias del mercado.

  • Habilidad para fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivar equipos, con optimismo y actitud positiva.

  • Gestión de equipo comercial
  • Supervisión y acompañamiento a los dos comerciales en Bogotá.

  • Establecer y cumplir metas semanales/mensuales.

  • Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de indicadores de ventas.

  • Prospección y gestión de bases de datos
  • Identificar fuentes de datos relevantes (bases públicas, alianzas, referidos).

  • Organizar y depurar bases de datos para uso comercial.

  • Segmentar clientes potenciales por tipo de producto o servicio.

  • Programación de reuniones comerciales
  • Coordinar agendas de los comerciales y programarlas con los clientes potenciales y actuales.

  • Asegurar que cada reunión tenga objetivos claros y seguimiento posterior.

  • Generación y asignación de contactos
  • Brindar leads calificados a los comerciales.

  • Priorizar contactos según potencial de cierre.

  • Mantener registro de contactos asignados y resultados obtenidos.

  • Apoyar en la fidelización de clientes.

  • Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada o renovación.

  • Resolver incidencias comerciales en coordinación con otras áreas.

  • Generación oportuna de Reportes y análisis
