Líder de Call Center Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring IMEVI SAS


Job description

¡Hola! Nos complace ofrecer una oportunidad emocionante como Líder de Call Center en nuestra empresa.

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia demostrable en atención al cliente y gestión de call centers.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Liderar y coordinar un equipo de supervisores, backoffice y agentes de call center para garantizar un servicio de atención al cliente eficiente y de alta calidad.

  2. Establecer y monitorear los KPI's del equipo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.

  3. Implementar estrategias de retroalimentación y desarrollo para mejorar el desempeño del equipo.

  4. Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia integral al cliente.

Requisitos:

  1. Tecnólogo o Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines.

  2. Al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobada en un rol similar, preferiblemente del sector salud.

  3. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.

  4. Sólida comprensión de las métricas de desempeño de call center y la gestión de la calidad.

  5. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y resolutividad.

Ofrecemos:

  1. Contrato indefinido y directo con la empresa.

  2. Horario de oficina de lunes a sábado 8 horas - 46 horas semanales.

  3. Un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.

  4. Salario $3´664.000 + Auxilio fijo de alimentación mensual $468.000.
