Nuestra misión es optimizar las cadenas de suministro de nuestros clientes, asegurando eficiencia, cumplimiento y experiencias memorables en cada entrega.

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar la estrategia comercial y de servicio al cliente de Wiilog, garantizando el crecimiento de cuentas B2B y B2C, la gestión de indicadores de desempeño, y la consolidación de relaciones estratégicas con marketplaces y plataformas digitales.

Responsabilidades principales


• Gestionar y fidelizar cuentas B2B y B2C, asegurando cumplimiento de niveles de servicio.


• Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para lograr el cumplimiento de presupuesto de ventas y rentabilidad.


• Liderar el equipo de servicio al cliente garantizando atención efectiva, seguimiento de casos y resolución de reclamos.


• Analizar e interpretar indicadores de gestión (KPIs) para la toma de decisiones comerciales y de servicio.


• Diseñar propuestas comerciales para clientes de e-commerce en plataformas como Mercado Libre, Rappi, Dropyi, Vtex, Amazon, entre otras.


• Implementar procesos de mejora continua en la atención al cliente.


• Gestionar relaciones estratégicas y generar networking con aliados clave del ecosistema e-commerce.


• Elaborar reportes comerciales y de servicio al cliente con análisis en Excel intermedio.

Requisitos


• Profesional en Administración, Negocios, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.


• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cargos comerciales y de servicio al cliente en empresas de logística, retail o e-commerce.


• Conocimientos en gestión de cuentas B2B y B2C.


• Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, fórmulas de análisis).


• Conocimiento y experiencia en plataformas digitales: Mercado Libre, Dropi, Vtex, Amazon, Rappi.


• Experiencia en elaboración y control de presupuestos comerciales.


• Habilidades de negociación, orientación a resultados y liderazgo de equipos.
