Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
- Strong proficiency in Figma .
- Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
- Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .
- Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Lead the design and development of user‑centric digital products.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
