As a Lead Services Consultant, you will guide sophisticated prospects and customers through determining the right implementation and service strategy to support both initial and long‑term success with HubSpot.

You will advise on the best way to deploy our software to meet customer business goals, driving improvement and innovation across the team’s tactical, strategic, and operational approach.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend implementation approaches and ongoing services for HubSpot’s most complex, strategically important customers to lead long‑term success.

  • Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements.

  • Create customized implementation plans and recommend services or solutions partners based on unique needs.

  • Work directly with the customer or partner to define resource needs, establish milestones, project plans, and timelines for execution.

  • Present plans to the customer’s Executive team and influence purchase decisions by driving urgency and certainty.

  • Provide advice and recommendations for HubSpot best practices, deployment planning, and change management to prospects.

  • Contribute to the growth of the enterprise practice by enhancing alignment between Sales and Services teams, customizing implementation solutions, and innovating on solutions for the upmarket segment.

  • Build deep relationships with top accredited solutions partners to enhance recommendations and partner development.

  • Lead key team initiatives, responsible for project management, execution, enablement, and results.

  • Proactively contribute to team operational process, consulting tactics, and methodology.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑first mindset and consultative problem‑solving approach.

  • Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc.) for large, complex customers.

  • Experience helping large customers drive significant organizational change.

  • Experience driving value conversations to executive teams.

  • Pre‑sale experience creating custom statements of work or custom implementation plans for complex service solutions.

  • Experience consulting on and positioning the business ROI of engaging with recommended services.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong comfort level with AI technologies and active use of AI to streamline workflows.

  • Ability to provide certainty and urgency so customers feel they are making the right decision.

  • Strategic mindset to recommend additional HubSpot products and services for growth.

  • Very detail‑oriented with strong project management skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude with deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy.
