We are looking for a
Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
to spearhead integration and customization projects within our global CRM delivery team across the Americas.
In this role, you will guide architectural choices, manage integrations, and mentor your team while upholding performance and security standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering integration and customization solutions on Dynamics 365 for the acquired business unit
- Make architecture decisions for CRM workflows, custom entities, data models, and system integrations
- Manage CRM integration with external platforms such as SAP and Customer Portal
- Collaborate with the Global CRM Governance Team, including CEM Architect and Product Owner, to align roadmaps and implement best practices
- Maintain high development quality and provide mentorship to team members
- Ensure adherence to multilingual support, performance, and security standards
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding guidelines and branching strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Coordinate the technical efforts of the development team
- Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom UI components using TypeScript, C#, and FetchXML
- Convert functional requirements into technical designs
- Guide developers and ensure conformity with architectural standards
- Customize and enhance CRM capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, customization, and data modeling
- Proficient with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics SDK
- Demonstrated leadership experience in global enterprise CRM implementations
- Experience with integration technologies such as Logic Apps, REST APIs, and SQL Server
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- Fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian) and English at B2+ level
