We're looking for a highly motivated Lead Manager (Appointment Setter) to join our Intake Division — the front line of our business.
You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them feel heard and supported while identifying qualified leads for our acquisitions team.
Your mission is to build rapport, qualify sellers, and schedule appointments with accuracy and empathy.
You'll play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline active and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and send personalized messages to homeowners.
- Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, condition, and price.
- Accurately log information in Salesforce CRM and internal trackers.
- Book and assign appointments using the company's round-robin process.
- Identify urgent leads and escalate them to the Acquisitions Director.
- Submit daily reports summarizing calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with advocates (closers) via WhatsApp and email.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Are fluent in English (C1).
- Have experience in sales, real estate, or call center lead management.
- Are comfortable using Salesforce, Excel, Gmail, and CRM tools.
- Have excellent communication and listening skills.
- Are results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
