We are seeking a proactive and driven Lead Generation Specialist & Cold Caller to join our sales development team.
This position requires strategic outbound prospecting, targeted cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
The ideal candidate excels in building meaningful interactions, possesses exceptional communication skills, and consistently meets weekly qualified lead targets.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Generation:
- Utilize approved tools including ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to source and research high-quality leads.
Conduct detailed research to qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on companies with an annual logistics spend.
Maintain and organize lead data within Salesforce daily, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Cold Outreach & Calling:
- Perform targeted outreach via personalized emails and cold calls to generate qualified interest.
Craft and refine personalized call scripts and email messaging leveraging AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT.
Consistently make 25–40 outbound calls per day, clearly communicating value propositions and overcoming objections using provided sales techniques.
Appointment Setting:
- Set a minimum of three qualified appointments per week directly onto the sales executive's calendar.
Accurately document interactions and qualification notes within Salesforce.
Regularly collaborate and communicate with the sales executive to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and strategies.
Salesforce Management:
- Log all outreach activities and interactions in Salesforce, ensuring comprehensive notes, lead statuses, and follow-up actions.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- 3 Qualified Appointments Booked Weekly.
25–40 Calls per Day.
100% Salesforce Update Compliance.
Minimum 85% Email Response Rate (from follow-ups).
Communication and Reporting:
- Respond promptly to communications within one hour during business hours.
Provide daily summaries of activities and outcomes.
Participate in weekly sync meetings to discuss lead quality, strategies, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Familiarity with sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and AI-assisted platforms.
Strong organizational and self-management skills.
Ability to meet and exceed targets independently.
