Position
Lead Generation & CRM Manager for a commercial real estate company managing a special project for an automotive dealership.
This role is key to expanding pipeline performance through verified outbound outreach and CRM management.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven, highly organized individual with a proven track record in cold calling and CRM execution, particularly in Go High Level (GHL).
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct 150–200 outbound calls per day to collect contact data and qualify warm leads; gather email addresses and verify decision-maker information through cold calling; create and maintain organized data lists for the automotive dealership market; identify outreach opportunities within the real estate and automotive verticals.
- CRM Management: Set up and maintain lead pipelines inside Go High Level (GHL); build and manage CRM templates, deal stages, and task reminders; ensure data accuracy across CRM entries and prospect lists; assist with HubSpot updates and automation templates (preferred but not required).
- Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams to understand project goals; track and report daily outreach performance; recommend improvements in workflows and scripts based on results.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales development; proven experience managing CRM systems, especially Go High Level (GHL) (mandatory); experience with HubSpot is a plus; strong knowledge of list building, data entry, and cold outreach processes.
- Technical Skills: Comfort with CRM customization and list segmentation; experience filling and updating CRM templates and pipeline structures.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities; fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
