Key Responsibilities:
Source, submit, and track deal flow across multiple channels and databases
Distribute and organize inbound leads; maintain accurate CRM records, tagging, and pipeline stages
Set up and manage email/SMS outreach campaigns (Gmail and compatible tools), including list building and sequencing
Build and maintain reports, trackers, and summaries in Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
Maintain CRM hygiene (Centrex or similar), create segments, and support basic workflow automations
Collaborate on messaging and campaign ideas while executing task lists independently with strong, timely results
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and CRM data management
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
Proficient with Word/Google Docs for documentation and templates
Hands-on experience with Gmail for outreach; familiarity with SMS campaign workflows
Comfortable using Centrex or similar CRM systems
Tech-savvy, fast, and adaptive learner with strong attention to detail
Strong vocabulary and clear, concise written communication
Availability for 20 hours/week with a flexible schedule and global team collaboration
Familiarity using ChatGPT/AI platforms to improve efficiency
Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal)
Nice to Have Skills:
Creative marketing mindset with ideas for email/SMS campaigns and messaging
Experience crafting outreach copy, sequencing, and light A/B testing
Exposure to marketing automation and no‑code workflow tools
Familiarity with additional CRMs and outreach platforms
