Job description

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Temporal.io Developer to join our team located LatAm.

As a Senior Temporal.io Developer, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including effort estimation, technical design, workflow and activity implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of Temporal-based solutions for our clients.

As a key member of a collaborative team, you will work under the guidance of Solution Architects and Technical Leads, contributing to the development of scalable and resilient systems using Temporal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of scalable, event-driven and resilient applications using Temporal.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices.
  
  
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  
  
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and support materials.
  
  
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in existing workflows and systems.
  
  
• Support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support.
  
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to distributed systems and orchestration frameworks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Temporal.io .
  
  
• Proven experience building scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.
  
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
  
  
• Comfortable working in Agile and collaborative team environments.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
