Remote – Latin America only


Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

We are looking for a
persuasive, energetic, and fluent English speaker
with proven sales experience to join our team as a
Remote Cold Caller (Sales Development Representative)
.

This is a
work-from-home position
where you will play a key role in generating leads and driving pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads.

  • Set appointments and generate opportunities for the sales team.

  • Use CRM tools to log activity and keep records up to date.

  • Proactively communicate with team leaders on progress.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound cold calling experience
    (required).

  • Strong
    sales background
    with proven results.

  • Proficiency with
    CRM systems
    .

  • Ability to work with
    Microsoft Office
    and
    Google Workspace
    .

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in overcoming objections.

  • B2B sales experience
    is a plus.

  • Fluent English (C1 level)
    .

  • Must be based in
    LATAM
    .
