Labor Relations Coordinator
who's ready to make an impact by ensuring our employment practices are efficient, compliant, and people-focused.
What's the role about?
You'll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our employment relationships — from onboarding to contract changes and exits — while managing internal disciplinary processes and keeping everything in line with labor regulations.
You'll be a key partner for both our people and leadership teams.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating employment contracts: new hires, modifications, and terminations.
Ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and properly filed.
Reporting payroll updates related to HR accurately and on time.
Drafting Red Zone meeting minutes and ensuring timely submission.
Providing legal advice on labor matters to internal stakeholders.
Responding to formal petitions and internal labor-related requests.
Leading internal disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance.
Training leaders on managing their teams according to legal standards.
Representing Iterum in non-judicial conciliation hearings.
Overseeing internal promotion processes and ensuring transparency.
What we're looking for:
A Law degree and solid knowledge of labor law.
English level: B2 or higher.
2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
Passion for balancing legal compliance with business goals.
What we offer:
Salary: $5,000,000 COP
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Work modality: 100% on-site
Contract type: Permanent (término indefinido)
