The B2B Sales Executive – KWH is responsible for developing new business opportunities, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, and expanding Midea’s presence in the Kitchen, Water, and Heater segments across the institutional and commercial client base.
This role focuses on direct sales execution, market penetration, and account development in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
- Ensure Pipeline Growth and Sales Target Fulfillment in Assigned Vertical.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for KWH product lines.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Actively track progress against sales KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with management to set territory goals and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
New Business Development
- Develop and Manage Strategic Accounts in Construction and Real Estate
- Identify and open new B2B markets and verticals such as real estate developers, construction companies, hotel chains, hospitals, and commercial retailers.
- Map and engage decision-makers and procurement heads to pitch Midea’s KWH solutions.
- Build a pipeline of new prospects through cold calls, referrals, visits, and networking events.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify white space opportunities.
Account Management
- Coordinate with Project Stakeholders for Custom Solutions.
- Support the onboarding and follow-up of key B2B accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits, ensuring high-quality service, product availability, and timely delivery.
- Build long-term trust-based relationships to generate recurring sales.
- Deliver professional product demos and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participate in tenders and prepare pricing strategies in alignment with the sales manager.
- Monitor project bidding opportunities and coordinate timely submissions.
Reporting & CRM Use
- Keep CRM tools updated with client activity, pipeline stage, and order status.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, forecast accuracy, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead conversion and project tracking.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Logistics, Product, Technical Service, and Finance for seamless order execution.
- Follow up on deliveries, installation schedules, and after-sales incidents.
- Ensure full compliance with Midea’s commercial policies, discount structures, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Experience & Background
- Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in appliances, construction, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with construction channels, real estate, or project sales is a strong advantage
Degree and Language
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- English (intermediate to advanced).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong commercial drive and hunter mindset
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and opening new accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Availability to travel within region or nationally as required
