Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager
with a hunter mindset to
identify and secure new business opportunities
, particularly within the
government sector
, while leveraging public relations and client engagement to
expand market share
.
This person will be a strategic partner for both public and private clients and will play a key role in shaping the future of our business in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public and private sectors.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new public relations channels to attract key clients.
- Evaluate potential partners and lead generation sources to accelerate growth.
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging needs to anticipate opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and global goals.
- Provide input to product and solution roadmaps based on client insights.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and bids.
- Support customized solution development alongside product and tech teams.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for key accounts.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to drive long-term relationships and renewals.
- Serve as the face of IN Groupe at relevant industry events and forums.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (product, legal, delivery) to align offers with client expectations.
- Share qualified insights to help design future government-oriented solutions.
What We are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven success working with
government accounts
and
large private clients
.
- Experience in
biometric or digital identity solutions
is highly desirable.
- Strong public speaking and negotiation skills; must enjoy
networking
and
client-facing
work.
- Familiarity with
software development projects
and
customized solutions
.
Regional Expertise
- Solid knowledge of the
LATAM region
– Andean, South or Central America.
- Ability to navigate cultural and political nuances when working with public institutions.
Language Skills
- Advanced English (B2 or higher) – you'll be expected to communicate confidently.
- French is a plus.
