Responsabilidades

  • Buscar oportunidades de negocio relacionadas con la misión de la compañía.

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener vigente la estrategia de las Cuentas Clave Asignadas.

  • Gerenciar el territorio asignado, sus determinados procesos de venta y el relacionamiento que conlleve al cierre de oportunidades.

  • Velar por las actividades que generen un posicionamiento en el cliente, así como las presentaciones constantes sobre nuevos productos o servicios del portafolio.

  • Verificar la capacidad de cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por el cliente.

  • Manejar la gestión de la cuenta por niveles (alto, medio y bajo), identificar las personas clave de la cuenta, teniendo claro el nivel de influencia de los contactos del cliente.

  • Gestionar la presentación de la oferta para el cliente, estudiar la necesidad del cliente, realizar levantamiento de información, registrar los cambios en la Oferta Comercial o Cotización, presentar la oferta al cliente y buscar el cierre de las oportunidades.

  • Presentar una vez cerrado un negocio al equipo de trabajo (Ingeniería) por medio de un ‘traspaso interno’, la información del proyecto adjudicado con sus lineamientos para iniciar la implementación.

  • Enviar órdenes de compra al Coordinador de Compras y Logística para iniciar con el proceso de compras.

  • Participar en eventos públicos en los que se encuentre involucrado Neosecure Colombia S.A.S.
  • Hacer seguimiento a la entrega de tecnologías vendidas.

  • Hacer seguimiento a la facturación.

  • Revisar periódicamente el vencimiento de las licencias de los equipos vendidos anteriormente para concretar renovaciones con los clientes.

  • Lograr las metas de ventas e ingresos presupuestadas por la Gerencia de Neosecure Colombia S.A.S.
  • Presentar ofertas comerciales definiendo el alcance correctamente y estableciendo las condiciones correctas para asegurar la rentabilidad del negocio.

  • Aumentar el grado de satisfacción de los clientes de la organización.

Requisitos

  • Administrador de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniero de Sistemas, Ingeniero Electrónico, Ingeniero Industrial o Carreras Afines.

Habilidades adicionales

  • Paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Conocimiento de Normas locales e internacionales en seguridad de la información u obtener el conocimiento.

  • Conocimiento en redes y telecomunicaciones.
