Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con los clientes clave de la empresa, asegurando su satisfacción y maximizando las oportunidades de negocio.

Su misión es aportar al crecimiento y desarrollo de la Compañía mediante la gestión adecuada de las ventas, el mantenimiento y crecimiento de clientes, y el desarrollo e implementación de técnicas comerciales, con la finalidad de lograr un posicionamiento de marca que nos permita ser percibidos como la primera opción en temas de Nutrición de Calidad y ser aliados estratégicos de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar adecuada y acertadamente el cumplimento de la cuota de ventas asignada, analizando información comercial y de clientes (ventas, rotación, inventarios, estrategia comercial implementada, etc), con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas asignado.
  • Mantener control de las ventas y del inventario a cargo en los puntos de dispensación claves, puntos de ventas comercial y bodegas de cada cliente, con el fin de tener claridad en el inventario y generar una rotación acorde a la generación de demanda del portafolio de productos Danone.
  • Identificar de manera estratégica nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el día a día, logrando así crecer en cuentas nuevas.
  • Gestionar de manera adecuada a los clientes existentes mediante la realización de reuniones periódicas, de acuerdo con los lineamientos estipulados por Danone, con el fin de mantener una sana relación comercial con estos.
  • Actuar de manera estratégica con nuestro cliente mapeando de manera precisa y acertada la forma de operar de estos (a que IPS y EPS le vendo), logrando así identificar nuevas oportunidades.
  • Acerca de ti

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o campo relacionado
  • Manejo de Market Access, Sistema de Salud Colombiano y regulaciones (deseado que tenga conocimiento en APME.) 
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas, negociación o gestión de cuentas clave en el sector de la salud.
