Key Account Manager- Bogotá

Misión del Cargo

El objetivo principal del Key Account Manager es asegurar la autorización para desplegar nuestra red de fibra óptica en propiedades clave y facilitar la adopción de nuestro servicio por parte de los residentes.

Esto se logrará a través de negociaciones efectivas con los administradores de propiedades y la implementación de estrategias de marketing que generen interés y demanda.

Requerimientos

  • Formación: Administrador de Empresas, Profesional en Mercadeo, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Administrativa y afines
  • Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia mínima
  • Habilidades y mindset: Buscamos personas que:

  • Trabajen con excelencia y responsabilidad .

Funciones principales

  • Identificación y prospección de cuentas clave: Contactar a los administradores de propiedades y otros tomadores de decisiones para presentarles nuestro servicio de internet de alta velocidad.

  • Negociación y gestión de acuerdos: Desarrollar propuestas personalizadas que resalten los beneficios de nuestro servicio para los residentes, y negociar los términos de instalación y despliegue en las propiedades
  • Socialización del servicio: Coordinar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing en las propiedades, incluyendo la distribución de materiales promocionales, organización de eventos informativos y seguimiento de campañas dirigidas a los residentes.

  • Gestión de relaciones: Mantener relaciones a largo plazo con los administradores de propiedades, asegurando su satisfacción con el servicio y buscando oportunidades de expansión.

  • Coordinación interna: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas, operaciones y marketing para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de instalación y servicio.
