Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para sumarse al equipo de Sourcing Non Air como Key Account Executive para la dirección de B2B & Media Solutions

Funciones:

  • Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con cuentas clave de agencias de turismo, asegurando una atención personalizada y efectiva.

  • Adquirir y llevar cuentas nuevas, buscando oportunidades para incrementar la cartera de clientes y fortalecer la presencia en los mercados asignados.

  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de KPI para medir el desempeño de las cuentas y proponer estrategias de mejora.

  • Monitorear y analizar tendencias de mercado, utilizando herramientas para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.

  • Llevar a cabo la búsqueda de nuevas agencias para expandir el alcance y maximizar oportunidades de negocio.

  • Mantener contacto continuo con los clientes a través de correo electrónico, llamadas y visitas presenciales.

  • Potenciar la venta de las agencias con compra
  • Capacitar agencias en diversos contenidos
  • Seguimiento en postventa Comunicación de promociones e incentivos
  • Relacionamiento con otras áreas de la compañía.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en turismo u hotelería o carreras afines como administración de empresas Si vienen de otras carreras pero tienen la experiencia los podemos considerar
  • Mínimo dos años de experiencia en gestión comercial de cuentas y desarrollo de negocios en la industria travel con agencias de viajes (Tarjetas de asistencia, aerolíneas, mayoristas, hoteles, rentadoras de vehículos)
  • Experiencia en visitas comerciales a los clientes, georreferenciación, armado de rutas.

  • Experiencia en manejo de KPIs de performance de las cuentas y armado de presentaciones.

  • Manejo de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, graficación, formulación), paquete de office y herramientas de presentación
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Importante considerar que es una posición que la mayoría del tiempo va a estar haciendo gestión comercial externa, es decir que va a estar visitando clientes de forma diaria.
