Lead the Credit Risk team by ensuring compliance with operational processes, effective management of credit risks, and alignment with corporate policies.
Supervise team performance, optimize credit limit utilization, coordinate with insurers , and ensure quality in monthly controls, contributing to the financial stability of the organization.
How you create impact
• Monitor credit excess and ensure compliance under KPI of 1%
• Prepare monthly stats: ticket queues, credit excess, insurance performance.
• Assisting and working with the CCM team leader in credit excess processes and control over critical cases.
• Manage monthly renewal list and workload distribution.
• Standardize class codes across South Central América & Mexico.
• Team leader should be the escalation point for team and field queries.
• Oversee end of month quality checks (insurance vs.
Acon).
• Support claims follow-up and resolution.
• Lead Insurance partners (Allianz) follow up calls.
• Coach team on Corporate guidalines, policies, working instructions and
• Monitor credit limit utilization and take proactive actions with the team support.
• Approve eCLAs at competence level accordingly with Catalogue of Competence.
• Identify risks according to market trends and recommend proactive actions.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What we would like you to bring
Minimum 3 year Post Secondary accounting/Business Administration diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Accounting or finance experience at knowledge or share service centers.
To be considered, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Collections or Risk Management, with strong background in Microsoft Office + Excel skills, attention to detail and a strong foundation in accounting principles are crucial to the success of this role.
